Experience Sound Healing

Individual and Couples Sound Therapy
Brenda uses special “Zen” bowls sending vibrational frequencies through your body, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This system mainly functions using a nerve called the vagus nerve, which sends impulses from the brain to the body but also back from the body to the brain. In essence, your parasympathetic nervous system tells your brain what’s happening, instead of
your brain telling your body what to do.

Sound Bath Meditation is a unique meditation that helps to keep you focused and allows you to have a positive meditation experience, even if you haven’t tried meditation before.

Forest Bathing and Sequoia tours are outdoors, yet singing bowls and “ZEN” bowls are all part of the experience. All tours are donation based for the nonprofit Friends of                                                                                      Nelder Grove, inc.
